Soy Chicken

• 8 chicken thighs
• 1/4 c vinegar
• 1/4 c soy sauce
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1/8 t pepper

Place chicken in a fry pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes until done.

Put the chicken aside, and use the remaining soy/vineger to cook mushrooms or cabbage, or the like.
